Twenty four units on the main, twenty units on the second level. Many of these units are multi-level. These units on the south side of the complex are surrounded by water and boat slips on three sides. Views to the west of the 1550 Venetian Blvd. units and views of “Bridgeview Marina” to the south.
Three clusters of units built in an arched formation with the most interesting architectural features in this complex. Interesting roof designs, brick walkways, colours and deck designs.
What a project! An underground parking lot (heated), some clusters had cedar shake roofs when new, a pool, multi level wooden decks, brick walkways and courtyards, stone and wood retainer walls; all these features cost money and are expensive to maintain. Then to one recent improvement on some of these units was new exterior insulation and sidings. What all of this means is that the condo fees are a bit of consideration when one is making a purchasing decision.
We note the high water levels of recent years has put a strain on some of the docking arrangements. Living here is a lifestyle decision. So few condo’s in Ontario offer docking privileges on a canal.
