Built by "Tricar", a London Ontario builder, visit their website to see how they have become one of southwestern Ontario's most prolific new high rise condo builders. The neighbouring building to the immediate north at 392 Front Street called "Water's Edge" is also a Tricar building and it is a rental building.
"Harbour Front" overlooks the St. Clair River. Parks, marinas, restaurants and shopping are all just a short walk away. These are two bedroom units and penthouses. Sizes reported do vary! 1,216; 1,615; 1,654; 1,700; 1,758; 1,768; 1,778; 1,810; 1,844; 2,015; 2,200 and 2,475 square feet. This building has a gracious circular driveway with a cover entrance. Amenities include a workout room, games area, a common entertainment room and a guest site. There is also an area for bike storage.
This building has parking on the ground level and second level. There are six units per floor on the 3rd to the 11th floors; four units per floor on the 12th and 13th floors and two units on the 14th level.
Tricar has built a number of high rise condo buildings in London Ontario. The following is a list of high rise condo buildings (not rental buildings) that they have built so far in London Ontario. These include “The Azure” at 505 Talbot Street, “Wellington Park” at 250 Pall Mall Street, “The Renaissance II” at 330 Ridout Street North, “The Westcliff” at 353 Commissioners Road West, “The Northcliff at Hyde Park” at 1030 Coronation Drive, “North Link” and the “North Link II” at 460 and 480 Callaway and “Village North Condominiums” at 240/260 Villagewalk Blvd. Expect to be impressed, Tricar knows how to build luxury high rise condos.
Once again, these are very large sized units and having a small number of units per floor makes for quiet living.
*A 2023 update. Yes, we are a condo website, however sometimes we have to bend the rules ever so slightly. We would now like to tell you about “The Bayfront”, Sarnia’s newest luxury rental building. It is located at 275 Front Street which is across the street and one half block south of the #10 Derby Lane condo high-rise building. Formerly this location was home to The Gazette Newspaper from 1953-1995. “The Bayfront” is fifteen storeys in height and has 123 one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. It also has a rooftop lounge. Many units have stunning harbor views. See our pictures or visit Tricar’s website. New projects like this are helping to rejuvenate Sarnia’s downtown core.
