This is a very pretty street at any time of the year. It is also a friendly street where people wave at anyone new driving in.
These are bungalow styled units with high pitched rooflines and false upper dormers. Some units also have corner turrents. What is a turrent? Well, it refers to an ornamental structure at an angle of a larger structure. See our pictures. They surely do catch your attention. This street enjoys a wonderful sense of symmetry.
Six clusters of four units and four clusters semi-styled. These are freeholds meaning no condo fees. Some front clusters have a brownish colour brick while the remainder have a yellowish brick, grey shingles, brown shingles, white trim, predominately white coloured garage doors. Typical lot widths of 29.5 and 32.5 feet. One unique feature is that the end units are built on wider lots and have their garages built perpendicular to the street. All are double car garages with a mix of asphalt and cement driveways.
There is a small monthly fee for lawn care and snow removal. Some units back onto “Heritage Park” and there is a walking path behind the units on the north side of the street overlooking greenery. This neighbourhood is serviced by busses.
