Another "Sherwood Village" condo site Turner is just south of Trudeau. These 2-3 bedroom 1-2 bath units are very affordable. Turner Drive offers easy access to Confederation Street, public transit, and south Sarnia job sites.
This is a south-east Sarnia location in “Sherwood Park”. Here you will find eleven clusters of units with three clusters facing onto Turner Drive, one cluster facing onto Trudeau Drive and two clusters backing onto Confederation Street.
These are two storey units with light brown brick or brick with a reddish hue, yellow siding, brown shingles, white trim. Some clusters have full bricking while other clusters are brick and vinyl. Here you will find “arched” front bricking, a technique other condo projects of this age in Sarnia share.
We note that some units have larger lower front windows while others have kitchens in the front with a smaller front window. Rear back doors to fenced in rear patio areas. Parking for the units off of Turner Drive is a little bit tight while parking for the remainder of the complexes is more user friendly. The “Sherwood Village Park” and the Sherwood Park Playground” are three or four blocks away.
These units are somewhat similar to the complex found at 215 Trudeau Road.
