This location is north east of the 402 and Murphy Road, however to get to the 402 to go east requires some backtracking over to Murphy Road and up to Rosedale Avenue and then west over to Indian Road North and south then to the 402. Easy access to all of Sarnia’s shopping on Exmouth Street, just cross over the 402 using the bridge on Murphy Road. Going north on Murphy Road takes you to Lakeshore Drive and if you are into biking or walking, Wiltshire Park is two blocks away to the north east which gets you onto the Howard Watson Nature Trail which then goes up past the “Blackwell Trails Park”, the “Twin Lakes Area”, “Blackwell Trails Park”, “Cathcart Park” and all the way up to the “Mike Weir Park” if you wish.
Nine clusters of units on the west side of Edgewood bordered by Guthrie Drive East on the south side. Two clusters of eight and ten face directly onto Edgewood and have cement driveways and one entranceway serves two clusters of eight and thirteen units and the second entranceway serves five clusters of four, five and six units.
These are all brick units, front, back and sides with rear patio doors to fenced in patio area. Brown brick and speckled brown brick and brown shingles.
This complex, like the neighbouring complex across the street at 76 Olympus Court are very well maintained.
