This is a highly maintained complex in a treed setting just north of the 402 and across the street to the east from the condos at 195 – 301 Edgewood Street.
The northern portion of this complex has one cluster of six units with cement driveways facing the street and four more interior clusters all of six units each. The southern portion has two clusters of four units each and five interior clusters of six units each and one rear cluster of eight units.
Mostly speckled brown brick like the condos across the street with the exception of a couple of clusters in the southern portion having more of a deep brown bricking. These are all brick units with white trim and some cream coloured siding, mostly light grey shingles, rear sliding glass doors to fenced in patio area. The condo fees in 2021 are in the $229.00 per month range.
